Easy Strawberry Cinnamon Biscuits
Easy Strawberry Cinnamon Biscuits
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 – 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
- 10 tsp strawberry jam or preserves
Preheat the solar oven while preparing the recipe.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Dip each biscuit in the melted butter; and then into the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place on ungreased baking pan. With the end of the spoon, make an indentation in the center of each biscuit. Fill each with 1 teaspoon of preserves.
Place the cinnamon biscuits in the heated solar oven. Bake in oven about an hour.
P.S. Try to let them cool a bit before eating because the jam will be very hot.
These cinnamon biscuits were baked in the SOS Sport. The oven temperature reached 325 degrees.

These are so easy and so good. Thanks for stopping by.
That’s just wrong! If you’re going to fix fattening foods, then make it a little harder… at least, I can justify the weight gain with the premixing exercise! These look so yummy and they’re so clever, I can’t believe I didn’t think of it, first! Thanks so much for sharing. This is a great recipe to use at demos… Come visit when you can and check out my new vlog!
This is a great recipe for demos because they cook relatively quickly, are inexpensive, and are really good. Thanks for stopping by. And, also I think that, with my daughter’s help, I have finally figured out the linking thing.
