Seasoned Pork Sirloin

Today I decided to cook some pork.  Rod bought some really nice pork sirloin chops (boneless).  I cut about one and a half pounds into cubes, seasoned them with a packaged seasoning, added just the tiniest bit of water, and put them into the solar oven.  The oven had been pre-heating for about 20 minutes and was already at 200 degrees.  The pork cooked for about 4 hours, but may have been ready sooner — I didn’t check.  That is one thing that is really nice about solar cooking — the time is very forgiving.  Meat doesn’t burn.  It just gets more tender.  This was really easy and was really good.
