Pot Roast & Pinto Beans
Tonight’s dinner was pot roast, cooked with potatoes and onions and pinto beans. I soaked the beans overnight and put them on to cook at 11:00 am. The oven was already hot, because I had just taken out the peanut butter cookies. The roast and potatoes went in at 1:00 pm. At 4:00 pm, we checked the meal, seasoned the beans, and turned the oven. At 6:00 pm, everything was finished and we had a wonderful dinner.
