Baked brownies today.  I just used a box mix, prepared as directed.  Cooked for 1 hr and 10 minutes in the solar oven.  When we went out to check, we could see that the brownies were pulling away from the sides of the pan, crusted and beginning to crack across the  top — signs of being done.  When the upper dome of the oven was removed, the smell was incredible.  And yes!  the brownies were done and delicious.
