Bright Sunshiny Day

Today was a perfect day for cooking.  I filled one pot with dried pinto beans and water.  I filled the other pot with my favorite stroganoff recipe.  I started the oven at 10:00 a.m.  Dinner was ready at 4:00 p.m.  Might have been ready sooner, but I didn’t check.  The beans needed a little help on the stove, but only because I didn’t add enough water to keep the beans covered and the top beans didn’t finish cooking.  My fault.  But they were delicious and so was the stroganoff.
